Beef

Our cows are a mixture of Black Angus, Hereford, and Charolais. They are 100% grass fed and finished. Our beef are never given hormones or antibiotics. Beef may be ordered whole, half, or by the quarter. Price is $3.95 LB (on the hanging weight) which includes processing, cutting and wrapping fees. Hanging weights for a whole range from 600-800 lbs.

 

There are three options on how your 1/4, 1/2 or whole beef can be cut;

 

  • Option A: Chuck roasts, rump roast, ribs, stew, london broil, brisket, t-bone & porterhouses, rib, top sirloin, sirloin tip, flank and skirt, cube, thin cut top round and ground. This option has every cut there is available on a side. (please specify if you would like the organ meats)

 

  • Option B: Chuck roasts, short ribs, brisket, t-bone & porterhouse, rib, top sirloin, sirloin tip, flank and skirt, chuck eye, flat iron and ground. This option has about half as many roast, a bit more steaks and more ground than option A. (please specify is you would like the organ meats)

 

  • Option C: Choose all your own cuts!! (on 1/2 or whole only)

 

We now have 50lb ground beef boxes (in 2lb packs)
for $4.90/lb!!!

 

Beef is ready now and available for pickup or delivery.
We deliver in the Portland area for an additional $15 per 1/4 
 and $25 per 1/2.
